This is an exciting new opportunity to join our growing back-office team to help secure vital funds for Street Cones work across Scotland. We are looking for an experienced fundraiser to develop and grow the grant income we receive from trusts and foundations, company foundations, public sector funders and lottery bodies.
Street Cones responded to the COVID pandemic by developing online offerings to existing and new clients. We focused on generating revenue from our online services to help protect the future of the organisation and now, thankfully, we are able to move to a blended model of both online and in person services. Through the crisis we established good relationships with some of the biggest grant giving charities in the UK. Our aim going forward is to build on these important relationships and grow the contribution from trusts and foundations to our overall income.
The post of Fundraising Coordinator has been created to help develop and implement a new strategy to significantly increase grant income and, in particular, secure multi-year funding for our arts and engagement work across Scotland.
You will work with Street Cones back-office and board to develop compelling requests for support and funding and, through careful stewardship and management, help us to build strong, positive relationships with our funders.
Part Time 10 or 20 hours per week competitive rate.
Location: Glasgow City
